Ever since I could remember I've always had a love for cooking and especially baking. In 2007 I pursued my culinary dream and enrolled in the Arizona Culinary Institute. I graduated in 2008 and started my career at the fine dining restaurant 'Lon's at the Hermosa Inn'. While at Lon's I worked closely with the pastry Chef and my passion for baking fully blossomed.
After Lon's I went on to manage a small, family owned cafe in downtown Phoenix. I was the manager and the baker. It was such a pleasure to see people come in and enjoy my freshly baked pastries made from scratch.
Over the past 6 years I've been making cakes and treats for all occasions. My clients started with family, then friends and has grown through referrals. Birthdays, baby showers, weddings, company and school events, office parties and more!! It's a joy to bake for any occasion!
